Samuel Tan

Samuel Tan joined Rubicon Partners Industries China in 2004 to set up the Shanghai office. He assists clients who wish to improve efficiency and increase revenue growth through outsourcing or developing distribution strategies in China. As the legal representative in China, he is also responsible to the day-to day operations in the Shanghai office.

Prior to this role, he worked in business development and project management within electronics manufacturing, industrial equipment manufacturing and electronics component distribution. Between 1996 and 1997, Samuel served as the first Executive Director in Pico Electronics (Thailand); he was responsible for operations and sales expansion in the Thailand market. He holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Ngee Ann Polytechnics.

Andrew Harrison

Andrew Harrison is Projects Manager and Lead Auditor for Rubicon Partners Industries China. He joined Rubicon Group in January 2005.

He specialises in providing project management and technical support for a broad range of processing and manufacturing industries, plus facilitating premises searches and recruitment of key technical and managerial staff.

He worked previously with the Securities Division of Laird PLC as a design engineer developing locking mechanisms for FE manufacture. Andrew later moved to Ningbo City, China, in 2002 to establish manufacturing cells and manage supply chains. He has a Mechanical Engineering HND from Staffordshire University.

Ms. Shen

The team is assisted by the RPIC Administrator Ms. Shen who joined the organisation in 2005. Ms. Shen has provided administration support services since graduating from the Shanghai Polytechnic University in 2004 and is currently studying International Trade part time at the Shanghai Maritime University.
